  • Heather Wilde, MPT, CST

    Owner, Manual Therapist

    Physical therapist, manual therapy specialist, Perrin technique certified, CST certified, osteopathic manual therapy trained, visceral mobilization trained, and more. Heather is passionate about continuing education. Always seeking to learn more and help her clients she takes at least 4 classes a year.

    Heather is a chronic fatigue/ME survivor and is recovering thanks to the Perrin Technique.

    Heather is the mother of 2 boys and loves being outside in nature.

  • Michelle Johns, PT

    Director of the Perrin Program.

    Michelle Johns is a physical therapist taking on the position of coordinating and overseeing the Perrin Program at our clinic. She is also dedicated to expanding the reach of this program to its potential beneficiaries.

  • David McOmber, APRN

    David is a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for finding root causes and taking a more functional medicine approach to medical conditions. He has a specialty in Neurological Conditions and a drive and interest for all systems and conditions. David is a compassionate listener and values time with his patients more than anything else. Time leads to understanding, deeper system connections and better treatments. He often gets lost in deep dives exploring symptoms, medical connections, and research studies outside the standard medical “boxes” when he doesn’t fully understand the symptom sets presented to him.

    He completed the Perrin Technique practitioner course in October 2025 and is uniquely qualified to help this patient clientele support their medical challenges associated with these conditions.

  • Tim McOmber, Licensed Mental Health Therapist

    After years of experience as a mental health counselor, Tim considers building a relationship of trust and care as the most vital part of any healing journey. He is intimately familiar with the struggles of chronic health problems, depression and abuse. Safety, peace and patience in addition to professionalism are hallmarks of all his therapy sessions. He is practiced in working with all ages and capacities. As a father of autistic children and members of his household on medical disability, he has valuable insights into many different family dynamics. and struggles.
